Shipping

We currently provide complimentary shipping to:

  • Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)

  • All 27 European Union Member States (See below for duties and tax information) 

  • Switzerland

  • Hong Kong SAR

  • United States of America

 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Click & Drop from our dispatch centre in Norfolk, England. We offer the following 3 services:
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour - aims to be delivered the next working day when ordered before 2pm - £3.00

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour - aims to be delivered within 2-3 working days (certain postcodes will receive a 3 day service) - complimentary shipping

  • Royal Mail International Business Tracked - aims to be delivered within 2-4 working days (Western Europe), 3-5 working days (Rest of Europe) and 5-7 working days (Worldwide) - complimentary shipping

 
Please note ‘working days’ exclude weekends and public holidays. Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as holidays, may impact delivery times. Our delivery aims also assume that items are not held in customs.
 
Below are some of the main benefits of Royal Mail's tracked services:
  • Full tracking of your item from despatch to delivery

  • Email/SMS notification on delivery

  • Safe Place Option – (photos/descriptions taken when item is left)

  • Confirmation of item being left with neighbour including person’s name and house name/number

  • 2 Hour Delivery Window - notifications sent to you the day before delivery (only available in some areas)

 
EU Duties and Tax

European Union orders up to and including the value of 150 EUR will be covered by IOSS (the Import One Stop Shop scheme). This means that Juni collects all VAT at time of purchase and no further customs duties will be charged. 

Orders over the value of 150 EUR attract customs duties as well as VAT which are not covered by IOSS. Please note Juni is not responsible for these additional charges and you, the customer, will have to pay any extra fees. 

Returns Policy
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept cancellations or returns unless an item is faulty, incorrectly shipped or you experience an adverse reaction to a product. Please contact us immediately if you receive the incorrect or faulty goods at hello@junicosmetics.com. This policy conforms with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
